Due to a misunderstanding, your niece enrolled you in Amaranthbury Grove Wizard School at a young age. (You were actually just interested in pulling rabbits out of hats.) Still, you graduated with high marks, and set out on your first adventure as a full-fledged Wizard.

You rode into the city of Reeves, and met a shadowy stranger in a hooded cloak who was sitting in the corner of the local bar. He told you about the legendary Topaz Raven of Reeves, which is rumored to be hidden in an ancient pyramid near the village of Sto Lat, and promised you a hefty fee if you could bring it to him. Figuring he wouldn't offer you the quest if it weren't level-appropriate, you readily agreed.

It was pretty easy, until you got attacked by more skeletons than you could handle. You were lucky to get out of there with your knee intact!

Bruised but unbroken, you readied your sword and marched forth into the darkness, where you were immediately captured by the Dark Overlord Screamingribs's army of half-witted badgers. They hauled you before their master, but got bored and wandered off during his long gloating speech. Seeing your chance, you pushed the evil dork into his own swinging razor-sharp pendulum, and escaped to claim your reward from the grateful people of Crunkleford.
