Hey, kids! Come play my fun new game!
Monday, January 27th, 2003, by El Perezoso
Okay, kids, some minor updates today.
Then the site, at first just ghostly,
turned a paler shade of gray.
And also there are forums. Because, um, we needed... forums. To, er, better serve our... readership. So, readership? Post stuff, if you want.
I also put a few new things in the features menu, but they're all just old content newly organized.
There are cool things which are almost done. Pablo (remember Pablo?) has been cracking the whip lately, with sexy results. Well, not sexy, but productive, at least. Wednesday, January 15th, 2003, by Troy
Now this is my kind of dating service...

Man, this computer is getting weird.

I got this in the mail today:
I'd say that Ho Man definitely puts the "homo" back in "homeowner."

So, as you probably have NOT noticed, there's been yet another change. The in-house hosting proved insufficient to meet the needs of our demanding readership, so we had to seek out another alternative.
Since Verisign has proved over the past 3 or 4 months to be staffed entirely by people whose sole purpose in life is to make things difficult for us, the actual domain name is not yet fully transferred over to this new home. They seem to have picked up the torch we recently ripped from the greedy fingers of Qwest in this regard. If the Fates are merciful, this will be resolved soon.
Rest assured, though, that new content may or may not start being posted, sporadically or otherwise, or not. Probably not, actually. But you can always hope, right? Yes you can. Thursday, September 26th, 2002, by El Perezoso
How to Join The Hidden Brotherhood and Enjoy a Wonderful New Life of Money, Friends, and Power
asymmetric.net can now see your future! For the last few months, El Perezoso and Vato Lobo Loco have been working with the Reverend Doktor Christopher J. Staley to create
Infinity Plus One, a web-based fortune-telling engine based on the Doktor's non-linear novel of the same name.
It's now complete, and ready to meet all of your destiny-seeking needs. Wednesday, August 14th, 2002, by El Perezoso
As you've probably noticed, there have been some changes. asymmetric.net is now fully database-driven, and brought to you live from servers in our very own offices. The money we save on hosting can now be spent on more beer, which means you, our loyal readers, will reap the benefits of more and less coherent content.
We also hope you enjoy the new format. It's blog-o-riffic!
Most of the old content has been moved to the new format, but some of it is still missing. It may or may not come back.
Sorry, incidentally, about the whole "numbers instead of an actual URL" thing -- I promise, we haven't turned into some sort of sketchy fly-by-night porn site. This will change soon. I mean, the numbers, not the fact that we're not a porn site.
Although, once we get those pictures developed that we took while Moonblossom was passed out... Wednesday, August 14th, 2002, by Moonblossom
I'm really excited about the new blog format. This is the perfect medium in which to express my deepest feelings.
